Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, tooled, applied, cut, polished, engraved. Bell shaped bowl atop a cut flattened knop, cut knop and a cut inverted baluster stem on a conical foot with hatched vertical stripes and a star cut into the underside. The body of the bowl is cut and has three engraved cartouches one with an inscription, one with initials and one with Glassmaker's tools.
