Primary Description: 
Transparent very pale amber glass with seed and dark inclusions; stem and foot: similar but with amethyst streamer; blown; stem and foot applied, decoration tooled. Conical shape cup; plain rounded rim, straight tapering side which curves in at bottom; tooled decoration on lower part of cup consists of band of four upright festoons, all raised on interior surface, the lower ends projecting outward (see remarks); stem and foot made from separate gather; thick stem tooled to form short truncated conical section above two solid bulbs; shallow outsplayed foot, hollowed at center, with plain rounded edge; pontil mark.
