Conical bowl blown in a ribbed optic mold, applied button at base of bowl, applied inverted baluster stem with vertical ribbing, applied circular foot with no pontil mark; blue and gold triangular paper label with "ORREFORS/SWEDEN" near rim, "S941" in white paint in center.
