Very pale amber glass. Enameled with a man facing left surrounded by ribbon with motto and flanked by winged cherubs. Decorated overall with thin squiggly lines and dots, applied waves at base of bowl, raised on a knopped stem with open flared base and rolled edge. Attributed to Fritz Heckert.
