Hatchet-shape; impressed on one side of blade, "THE FATHER OF HIS COUNTRY" above a profile of George Washington; opposite side impressed, "WORLD'S FAIR/1904"; handle impressed, "ST. LOUIS," engraved on one side of handle, "Presented to the Liars Club/by President Annanias./August 8, 1904".
