Primary Description: 
Colorless, green lead glass; blown, overlay, cut. Ovoid bowl, with transparent emerald green overlay, with a band of cut octagons above panels with pointed ends alternating with prismatic base, and tiny octagons at the bottom; tall stem, with panel cutting at the top, diamond-cut long swelling section at center, and panel-cut section at the bottom; foot with eight-lobed petal rim; cut elaborate star on the underside of the foot.
