Description
Pale greenish non-lead glass; blown, assembled. Two ovoid forms, joined at the necks; covered at the joint with red fabric and tan thread; both rounded ends with conical kicks and (presumably) rough pontil marks; loosely held within a tinned sheet iron frame with hexagonal top and bottom, and with sheet- metal tubes running between the two ends; sheets of paper cushion the glass in both ends.
