Opaque white porcelain, black lettering; molded porcelain, glazed, enameled, fired. Flat, oval form, one face glazed and convex, the other flat and rough ground; pierced at either end by tapered, drilled holes; inscribed in black script on the face, "L. Blaschka,/Atelier fur Glasmodelle./I. Etage."
