Primary Description: 
Inkwell. Bottle glass, bits of unfused "sand", olive-green, "black"; pattern-molded and free-blown from very heavy gather of metal; truncated-cone form, rounding at top with flat circular collar around small mouth slightly-off center; pattern of fine ribbing swirled to right from faint pontil mark on base and terminating about 5/8" (1.6 cm) below top.
