Primary Description: 
Iron; forged, cut, annealed, polished, turned, drilled. Scoop with rectangular spade-like, tapering handle and long hollowed out scoop at the end of circular stem. Tool may have had several functions, and the flattened area may have been used to flatten glass beads.
