Primary Description: 
Colorless, opaque white, "black" glass; blown, cased, wheel-cut, sandblasted. Cylindrical shape rounding at top to cylindrical neck, rounded rim. Neck and upper 1.4 of body are black cased with white and decorated by series of random diagonal slashes; lower 3/4 is white cased with colorless with decoration of mesh-like pattern of circles on matte ground. White glass in upper 1/4 appears as cream-like.
