Clear and opaque white glass; blown in a four-part mold and pressed; stepped white pressed rectangular pedestal foot, slightly scalloped and with flute design, threaded brass shaft, spherical font with a hatched wave-design and fans at bottom (four mold-marks), on top a brass burner with wick-holder.
