Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, cut. Globular top, with small opening at the top; sides with a ring of cut circular facets; mounted on a short, solid, slightly waisted stem; attached to a flared, circular drip pan; on a tall, hollow, true baluster stem, with cuff collar at the base; large disk foot with polished pontil mark underneath.
