Transparent "Verre de Soie" and cobalt blue lead glass; mold- blown, decorated, and stone wheel rough cut. Trumpet shape; circular flared "fitter rim"; rounded shoulder conically swells to flared circular base rim; blue machine threading on lower one-third of body with a band of ovals and ellipses bordering and flowers and leaves encircling upper body; acid-etched inner surface; ground "fitter rim".
