Description
Transparent green, colorless lead glasses; blown and silver decorated. Corset shape vase or cup with three applied handles evenly spaced around body; green cased over colorless glass; encased with silver which has been cut away in a rose pattern with "HEC" in script on front; "999/1000 FINE A C349 PATENTED" stamped on silver near base; cut sunburst no bottom.
