Colorless; cut, printed, cold-painted, gluedTo the far left the inscription "Monsieur Bertrand/ ayant un mal de dent/ chez un charlatan/ qui lui arrache <3..> dents. This is followed by a drummer with a pointed hat walking right and the inscription "100 douleurs". The next group shows a man seated in a chair, in front of him the charlatan extracting a tooth from his mouth. The patients' head is held by an assistant in a tight arm lock. To their far right stands a servant facing left, holding a wash bowl with a glass and a towel slung over his left arm. He is wearing an exaggerated soldier's hat.
