Primary Description: 
Opaque light grayish-green pâté de verre; molded. Head of girl or woman; all features indistinct: hair parted at center and drawn to sides of head, eyes, straight nose, lips, and chin. Back of mask is flat, with few pits and incomplete bubbles. Small paper label on back, inscribed in blue ink: "696 RR."
