Primary Description: 
Light green glass; mold-blown; plain lip, smooth base. Obverse: stout man wearing derby holding cane behind his back, bending forward and apparently engaged in argument with man also wearing derby and with long tail coat, crouching, hands resting on upright umbrella; probably a caricature. Reverse: grotesque head with large full face and elaborate headdress, chin resting on arm with index finger pointing down; at left of elbow five diagonal bars. Edges: smooth.
