In the form of a seated man with a long beard and a flat hat, neck rising from hat, tooled rounded lip, hands of figure in front holding a staff with "Poland/Water" running vertically up his legs; rear has "POLAND MINERAL SPRINGS WATER" around "PMS" on shoulder of figure; "H. RICKER & SON'S PROPRIETORS" near base.
