Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; mold-blown. Cylindrical shape with one end open and the other closed; ring near open end; V-shape indentation on one side of glass opposite bulge in other side; embossed on side, "MOUSE/EXTERMINATOR/MFG. & SOLD B/N.J. WIGGINTON/WINCHESTER, VA./PAT. JULY 30, 1918"; circular end is embossed with an illegible letter in a square perhaps a "C" or an "O".
