Colorless non-lead glass; blown, enameled, gilt. Bell shape, with flaring rim and rounded base; gilt rim; the sides with brilliantly-colored enameled flowers draped in pendant swags from a white foliate band; applied loop handle, curled at the lower terminal; applied disk foot with rough pontil mark.
