Colorless non-lead glass; blown. Cylindrical shape, slightly incurved rim; engraved crowned double-headed eagle, with staff in one claw and orb in the other, bearing the monogram "EA II" in a circular panel on the breast; foliate scrolls ending in flags and pikes at either side; applied flat strap handle; spreading foot; flat base with rough pontil mark.
