Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass cased with opaque white, then sapphire- blue; free-blown with design cut through to colorless core or base. Straight sides flaring from rounded hollow base; geometric design, opaque white piping between colorless motifs and blue surface ground -- on sides, long round top panels between wide band at top and two narrow ones at bottom above arches on side of base, ribs forming arches extending on bottom to center.
