Primary Description: 
Clear fairly thick glass with minute bubbles; slight wear marks; free-blown and enameled. Tall almost cylindrical body with pushed-up base and very rough pontil mark, resting on an applied pedestal foot with broad folded rim; the body is divided into five zones, marked by four bands in red and yellow accompanied by white waves, and at bottom by a fifth consisting of white dots; each compartment shows a number: "1 - 5", on the opposite side a playing card: the "nine" of diamonds.
