Colorless (greenish) non-lead glass; blown, enameled. Cylindrical bowl; enameled playing card (jack of clubs), inscribed above: "Ich Steche dich fur war"; the bowl divided into three zones by yellow lines, inscribed above the first: "Schar wentzel bin ich, em/jeder Hutt sich, das er nichts pexirt," and above the second: "sonst wird er gefuhrt, durch/ mich zur Straff, des Lachen wir Graft,*"; and below the second: "Anno 1722"; trumpet-shaped foot with folded rim, decorated with white enamel dashes around the rim; rough pontil mark.
