Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; mold-blown, engraved. Ovoid shape body, with top ending in a vertical neck, roughly ground on top surface, with a row of notches to facilitate fastening of metal neck; body engraved with floral pattern, faint diamond pattern from optic mold discernible under engraving, flat circular foot with paper label on top surface and "Sample" engraved underneath foot; paper label has "5099" and two illegible words.
