Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown and cut. Cylindrical shape; molded screw threads on neck, cut stars and panels on five sided body; pentagonal base, ground and polished flat with acid-etched "HAWKES" below a trefoil with hawks on base; four paper labels on one side, pasted on top of each other so that only the top one is legible; typed in blue ink, inscribed "#1118/ 6 Dozen to match/no lighter and/blow thread up/tight/10/25/12" and stamped "T.G.HAWKES & CO.".
