Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; cut. (a) Oval flat glass with oval cartouche cut and polished in center and pattern of cut stars alternating with flutes around rim; edge of rim is cut in parallel fine lines, flat place on bottom for frame to stand has trademark. (b) Backing is oval of velvet covered cardboard with attached stand and two metal clips which slide into glass frame to backing in place.
