Primary Description: 
Clear glass with many minute and few small bubbles; free-blown, tooled and engraved. Folded conical with rough pontil mark supports the slightly downwards tapering stem, resting on a semi-spherical knob and separated from the pointed funnel bowl by two large knobs; on the bowl, a coat-of-arms with three lions, surmounted by a crown and standing on a banderole with the device: "TRANSIS SULANIAE"; two palm branches surround panel.
