(a) Colorless circular plate with sandblasted portrait of President Barack Hussein Obama. Plate inscribed, "IN CELEBRATION OF / THE ELECTION OF THE FORTY-FOURTH PRESIDENT OF / THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA / Barack Hussein Obama". (b) Silver-colored stainless steel metal stand with arc-shaped arm and circular base. Black velvet glued to bottom.
