Low profile cylindrical shape; body design of blue cased horizontal band of upright rectangles with amber stripes between; cased blue horizontal rings above and below band of rectangles; ground and polished base; scratch-engraved (in script) inscription: "ORREFORS/Ravenna Nr 3445/Sven Palmquist".
