Primary Description: 
Green glass, pale yellow-green; pattern-molded and free-blown, applied and tooled decoration. Slender deep bow in expanded diamond pattern, bulbous at bottom below long straight sides spreading to plain rim; applied high conical foot with flaring rim, narrow underfold, rough pontil mark; applied and tooled decoration on bowl: on bottom, thin casing with wavy edge from which slender stems terminating in small "fins" rise to milled ring or rigaree band; below rim, narrow serrated band and three equidistant loops with loose rings.
