Transparent light green non-lead glass; blown. Long, slender, cylindrical bottle, with slightly tapering, straight sides; long, slender neck, flared at the rim; rounded shoulders; small, rounded bottom with rough pontil mark; a small cork in the end to hold loose, granulated salt inside the bottle; 13 small printed cutouts inserted in the bottle, held against the walls: six are Elector's Hats (one is nearly completely covered with salt), two are (apparently) Coronets of nobility, one is a Viscount's (or Burggrave's) crown; one is a framed oval, with the head of Athena (?) in the center, encircled by the inscription "LUNEVILLA + S'EUNA / ROI DG"; another, rectangular, label with colored paired shields, one inscribed "TAEPING," the other "C / M T / A," with male supporters at the sides, a ribband below inscribed "DUM VIVO BIBO," and a crest of three stacked barrels above, inscribed at the sides "TRADE MARK"; another, in the shape of a leaf with pink with blue-printed decorative design; and another, circular, with quatrefoil enclosing a coat of arms surmounted by a unicorn crest, inscribed around it in gothic letters, "neui(?) / militi / sigill / w(??)"; a small piece of woven linen cloth, tied with light cord, loose inside, partly covering another small cutout print of a crown(?); a short length of tan cord tied around the neck.
