Colorless lead glass; mold-blown. Hexagonal shape, flat sides; rim broken off, no neck; circular base, no pontil mark; paper labels on body inscribed "Blow threads up/sharp and have/body motched" and "946 Salts/199 to match to be/blank to the sample and threads blown n straight" stamped "1916" and "T.G.HAWKES"; label beneath this one is illegible, lowest label says ". . .blown like this.
