Colorless lead glass; mold-blown. Waisted cylindrical shape with molded screw threads and rough ground top rim; paper label on side inscribed " 2002 Salt/ 300 to match/Have mould/clean/7/19/16" and another with typed notation "Please see that/mould is clean"; circular base roughly ground.
