Primary Description: 
Clear glass with a few impurities; blown and pattern molded. High domed widely underfolded foot with rough pontil mark, high slender inverted baluster stem pattern molded into eight panels ("Silesian stem" type) and with merese-like collar at base, horizontal plate top with short vertical lip over air- trap ring.
