Transparent dark blue lead glass; blown, cut, gilt, enameled. (a) Flattened shape of oval cross-section; short, cylindrical neck, with cut threading on the outside (for b), ground for a stopper (c); rounded shoulders with gilt arrows; the sides covered with hollow-cut diamond facets; decorated with birds, flowers, and foliage in colorful enamels, and gilt details; polished flat base. (b) Ground, tapered shank with flat bottom; polished flat, polygonal stopper. (c) Cylindrical shape, with domed top; molded rim; threading inside.
