Primary Description: 
Colorless casing transparent blue, amber, green non-lead glasses, metallic silver, opaque blue/gray silver staining, silver leaf; mold-blown, with metal inclusions. Tall columnar vessel, notched ovoid in cross-section; top tapering in to rounded point, narrow lipless ground and polished opening, short sloping shoulder turns into straight walls deeply fluted: three sides have flute running from shoulder to base, one wide side has two shorter (parallel, but unequal flutes); walls of blue, green and amber covered by two broad striated swirls of shades of opaque blue/gray produced by reaction between glass and pieces of silver foil included in walls; beginning just below opening the walls are heavily cased in colorless; flat base; no pontil; inscribed in script at center of base: "P Hlava/Czechoslovakia/P (in circle); also on base, rectangular white paper label with red type: "31693".
