Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; mold-blown and tooled. Conical shape bowl, blown in a vertically ribbed "optic" mold; applied short straight stem; small flat circular foot, rough pontil mark; paper label near upper rim has illegible writing which probably identified the shape.
