Photosensitive Glass. White and colorless glass sign "Douglas Godfrey" in script, and "Processor of Photosensitive Glass" in block lettering. "Cleveland 7 Ohio" bottom left corner. Decorated with a rooster surrounded by greek key pattern on left and snowflake on the right. Image has margins of colorless glass, and edges of the plate have been finished on three sides, unfinished on bottom edge.
