Primary Description: 
Colorless translucent red and green glass; blown, silvered, engraved, applied. Cylindrical bowl tapering to smaller low cylindrical area and then flaring to circular foot. Engraved in band below rim and monogrammed near foot. Wide decorative band with applied red and green "gems" in center and applied bands on foot.
