Transparent natural green tint non-lead glass; kiln slumped into a mold. Large shallow square format slumped bas-relief depicting centered large double-handled footed urn covered with drapery that extends and drapes in folds over entire background, folds particularly prominent from right handle of vase extended to front upper right corner; overall molded woven texture; slightly irregular exterior edges; overall chalky white mold remnants; inscribed on front lower right corner vertical edge: "Fomina L-1989/Sagine".
