Primary Description: 
Colorless, with yellowish brown tinge. Blown (probably mold-blown); perhaps ground; linear- and facet-cut. Bottle. Lower neck has roughly circular cross section; body has cross section resembling flattened oval, with two broad, flat sides and two narrow, rounded sides; flat sides taper slightly, while rounded sides curve out, down, and in; at bottom, two short extensions of narrow sides form bifurcated “tail.” On each broad side: raised diamond-shaped panel, bisected horizontally by slant-cut lens-shaped motif containing four or five vertical cuts; above and below lens-shaped motif, one vertical line extending inward from top and bottom of diamond, defined by vertical groove. On each narrow side: vertical row of five facets shaped like crescents.
