Primary Description: 
Colorless, transparent light blue and translucent white glass; tooled and lampworked. Cylindrical shaped pen with colorless tip and spiraled blue and white body. The pen is stored inside a cylindrical glass tube with cotton at both ends and the remnants of a gold sticker at one end. The body of the outer tube is inscribed in red "SOUVENIR / NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR, 1939 / CORNING GLASS WORKS"
