Colorless transparent ruby non-lead glasses; blown, overlay, cut. (a) Square form, with cut, flat faces; colorless glass with red lining; flat shoulders, with oval cut notches on the rim and corners; short, cylindrical neck, mounted with tubular brass collar with flat rim; polished, flat base with polished circular pontil mark; rectangular gummed paper label inscribed "F 1685". (b) Cylindrical form, with convex top; stamped cross- hatched border and stamped concentric circles in the center of the top; parallel lines on the sides.
