Description
Colorless non-lead glass with lavender pigmentation, red and yellow inclusions; sand cast with hot-worked inclusions. Vertical stacked inclusions of column heads; five ovoid heads with stylized features descending in size towards solid, vertical base from which fifth head emerges in low relief; top head has skull in relief on torched yellow-red v "zigzag" inclusion on each cheek, second head has small head emerging from forehead and "zigzag" inclusion on each check; third head has cheek inclusions; fourth has vertical inclusion on base; fifth has straight inclusion on each cheek, top Arnee heads separated by narrow horizontal pointed bar; one side of column has smooth surface through which inclusions can be viewed opposite side, retains overall sand crust and lavender pigmentation; inscribed "Mark Abildgaard 1985".
