Opaque light blue glass; cut, blown and gilt. Cylindrical tumbler widening slightly towards rim, cut and gilt design of birds, leaves and flowers. Inscribed, (etched) “STEVENS & WILLIAMS / ART / GLASS / STOURBRIDGE” on pontil mark.
