Takahashi’s objects are intentionally perplexing, and always unexpected. His abstract compositions often combine functional forms that are made nonfunctional with odd sculptural elements. Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, hot-worked, acid-etched, painted cut; assembled. Hemispherical shaped, white, bowl with a potato-shaped form on the inside leaning against one edge of the rim. The potato shaped form has a decoration of cut circles overall.
