Primary Description: 
Colorless glass with transluscent blue glass base; blown, mold-formed, assembled, engraved. Vase has wide molded blue base, with tiered levels rising to ringed neck. Has been joined with a blown colorless top piece which is round where it meets the base, with numerous bubbles. Top widens to bowl with flared rim and engraved designs of flowers on exterior.
