Primary Description: 
Colorless and transluscent white glass; blown, mold-formed, assembled, engraved, and ground. Vase has molded white base with tiered levels rising to ringed neck. Joined colorless top widens to round body, tapers at shoulder, and flares at rim. Top is decorated with engraved designs of flowers on four sides, with wavy design just below rim.
